How do I post a job on Canopy Jobs?

To post a job, you must first create an employer account. Once activated, you can post job listings using our platform’s built-in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or link to your own ATS.

How can I manage my job postings?

Manage your job postings through your employer dashboard. Here, you can edit, update, and track your job listings to ensure they attract the best candidates.

What if my member account was not activated?

If your account isn't activated within one business day, please contact us at cassidy@timberqueensland.com.au. We’re here to help!

How long do job postings remain active on the job board?

Job postings remain active for 45 days. If you need more time, you can refresh your posting through your dashboard.

Do I Have to Register to Create Listings?

Yes. You must be a registered user to create listings. Registration is free.

What Category Should I Put My listing In?

Can anyone apply to job listings on Canopy Jobs?

Yes, anyone can apply to job listings. To create a profile and apply for jobs, you need to register as a job seeker.

How long does my profile stay active?

To keep things current and ensure only active job seekers are visible, all candidate profiles automatically expire after 30 days. If you're still looking for a new job the process is easy to refresh your profile. 

Can anyone view my profile?

No - we take privacy seriously. The only employers who can view profiles and resumes are those who have active job postings. When postings are active, employers can only view resumes from the last 30-days.

How much does it cost to use Canopy Jobs?

Canopy Jobs is free for both employers and job seekers. There are no hidden fees or subscription costs.

Registration
Do I have to register to use the site?

No. You can browse and search ads without registering. You should still register, to save time, as the site will remember various preferences for you. If you want to create ads, you will need to register. Registration is FREE.

How do I register for Canopy Jobs?

To register, click on the 'Register' button at the top of the page and fill out the required information. Once completed, you can start posting jobs or applying for job listings immediately.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, select "Login" on the top right-hand corner of any page and select “Forgot your password?” Allow 15 minutes for instructions to reset your password to be sent to the email associated with your Canopy Jobs account.
